Meet the Founder of Quirky Quills

Hi! I’m a mom of an amazing 11 year old boy, a former teacher, and a coach with over 25 years of experience in early childhood education. I have a Master’s degree and a passion for helping young children learn and grow. My journey began in Ontario, Canada, where I started creating fun, rhyming riddles for my toddler and preschool classrooms. That experience sparked a passion for promoting early literacy in exciting and engaging ways.

I believe that all children deserve to feel engaged and loved in their learning experiences. That’s why I pour my heart into creating resources that are not only educational but also captivating and enjoyable. I design my books and various activities to foster a lifelong love of reading and discovery.

When I’m not reading, writing or helping moms, you’ll likely find me out on in a Kayak or playing pickleball with my son.
